1. FIRE SAFETY ASSESSMENT (AUDIT) IN COMPANIES THAT DEVELOPS ACTIVITIES IN ALL ECONOMIC SECTORS. The assessment is useful for managers to find out the situation of company’s fire safety. The evaluation of the fire safety level will be done before contracting an insurance company, in order to minimize as possible, the monthly insurance fee.

 

2. THE IDENTIFICATION, EVALUATION AND CONTROL OF THE FIRE RISKS IS MADE ACCORDING TO O.M.A.I. 210/21.05.2007 *(Order of the Minister of Interior), concerning the approval of the Methodology of fire risk identification, evaluation and control.

 

3. THE ELABORATION OF THE FIRE SAFETY SCENARIOS IS MADE ACCORDING O.M.A.I. 130/ 25.01.2007 concerning the approval of the Methodology to write fire safety scenarios.

 

4. WE ALSO OFFER TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND CONSULTANCY TO WRITE PROGRAMS OF COMING INTO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMPANY SITUATION AND LEGAL RULES IN THE EVERYDAY ACTIVITY OF A COMPANY, when occurs the necessity to comply with some legal rules. These situations can appear after: the fire brigade controls, the general fire safety assessment, technical examination made by experts to obtain fire safety authorization for company, identification and evaluation of fire risk.

 

5. THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO OBTAIN THE FIRE SAFETY AUTHORIZATION ARE WRITTEN ACCORDING TO O.M.A.I. 1435/ 18.09.2006 concerning the methods to offer approval and authorization for the fire safety and civil protection point of view for all the constructions and special build establishments enumerated in H.G.R. nr. 1739 din 06/12/2006 *(Romanian Government Decision,) the decision of approving the categories of constructions and special build establishments that must have fire safety  approval and authorization.

 

6. WRITING THE SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS AND DOCUMENTATIONS CONCERNING FIRE PROTECTION IN COMPANIES ACTING IN THE ECONOMIC FIELD, according to Law number 307/12.07.2006 concerning protection against fires and O.M.A.I. 163/28.07.2007 that states the General regulations of protecting against fires.
